Retirement farewell: A farewell after 36 years with the company

After an impressive 36 years with the company, we are today bidding farewell to our esteemed colleague Jürgen Terkatz on his well-deserved retirement. During this time, Jürgen has not only worked in internal sales, but has also made a significant contribution to the development and success of our company.

His specialist knowledge, his tireless approach to work and his always friendly nature have made him an indispensable member of our team. Many of us have benefited from his experience and expertise and will miss his competent advice and humorous manner in our day-to-day work.

Jürgen Terkatz not only caused a sensation professionally, his hobbies also earned him a special reputation within the team. His kickboxing ambitions, which he passionately pursued for a while, caused a few laughs, but also admiring glances. Sometimes he would come into the office a little sore after an intensive day of training, but that never stopped him from doing his job with full commitment. His creative skills are also particularly impressive: With a lot of patience and skill, he carved great figures out of wood and golf balls in his spare time. These little works of art have caused great admiration not only among us, but also among family and friends.

Over the past three and a half decades, Jürgen Terkatz has mastered numerous challenges, successfully implemented projects and always maintained contact with our customers. His loyalty and commitment have been invaluable to the team and the company.

Today, not only the entire team, but also his department head Ralf Mürkens is saying goodbye and thanking Jürgen for his many years of dedicated service. At the same time, we are delighted to welcome Jürgen Terkatz's successor Bernd Ischen to the team and are convinced that he will fill the large shoes Jürgen leaves behind with flying colors.

It is with a smile and a tear in our eye that we say goodbye to a colleague today. We wish Jürgen all the best for the new phase of his life, good health and many happy hours with family, friends and, of course, his hobbies.
